Alex Saunders has been making music for as long as he can remember.

His journey began with the recorder, continued through xylophone and drums in his first school band, before a self-taught passion for guitar eventually led him to discover his true musical home: singing.

Over the years, he performed with numerous bands and projects, including a successful Robbie Williams tribute show. Today, he remains the lead singer and frontman of the Original MHH Live Band, the musical ambassador of Hannover Medical School, performing on stages across Europe from Edinburgh to Vienna.

Away from the stage, Saunders is a physician, professor of anesthesiology, husband, father and endurance athlete, having completed the Ironman distance.

But throughout every chapter of life, music remained a constant companion. Now the time has come to tell his own stories.

With Eclipse, Saunders presents his most personal work to date — a cinematic concept album exploring loneliness, love, resilience, redemption and the search for a place to belong.

Eclipse is where the story begins.
